• Numerous Carriers - KHI is dedicated to providing our agents with the highest quality insurance products. Our agency can give you access to numerous reputable insurance carriers for your Individual and Group business.
• Personalized Agent Training - Our agency will take the time to review the menu of products and carriers that are available to you. We will then provide you with one-on-one training in the products you are interested in. We will also notify you of any upcoming carrier training that becomes available.
• Specialized Agent Support for Group Business - For groups larger than 20 employees, our group department will assist you in closing a group case. You do not need to be an expert in group insurance to sell in that market. All you need is the relationship with the group, set the appointment, and let our staff assist you with the rest! We will shop the market, provide the proposals, and give the presentations to the client for you. Upon request we will provide detailed plan comparisons for the client as well as help with employee enrollment meetings.
• Exceptional Service - Customer service is - and will remain- the top priority at KHI. Our professional team of specialists is committed to providing superior service that is simply unmatched in our industry.
• Ancillary Sales Assistance - When it comes to Life, LTC and DI insurance, many agents find it difficult to keep their software, forms, and marketing materials current. If you provide KHI with the prospect information, we will shop the market for you, provide you with the most competitive quotes, and then send you the most current forms and marketing materials. We will also track the underwriting progress for you and give you weekly updates.
• FREE Health Leads - Our agency will provide lists of prospects turning age 65 in the counties you request. We take the time to scrub this list against the National Do-Not-Call Registry prior to being distributed to you each month.
• FREE CEC's - KHI continually provides agent training opportunities throughout the year which include free CEC's. Ethics classes and LTC classes are made available to fulfill your State of Iowa Insurance licensing renewal requirements.
• Top Commissions - Commissions are paid once a month on the 5th of every month. We will track all commissions for you and we pride ourselves on providing timely and accurate commission statements. Direct deposit is available.
• Agent Communication - We believe it is important to keep our agents informed of all carrier and product changes as well as legislative changes that may affect their business. We communicate this information to our agents by providing monthly newsletters as well as email notifications and various mailings throughout the year.
